FREE Download Lineworks Addon for Blender

The awesome Lineworks Addon V2.0 gives you an easy way to have rigged line strips that automatically follow a character’s surface based on placement. Each line has a rig on it to adjust the appearance of that line.

Features of Lineworks Addon:

• Generative Modifiers: Lines can not be applied to areas generated with modifiers. Let’s say you have a mirror modifier; then, you’ll need to use it so there are lines on both sides of your character. (No modifiers like Subsurf or Multires will cause problems.)
• Deleted Geometry: Don’t delete any geometry after creating linework lines because they can break the rig. You are safe moving or adding new geometry.
• Mask Modifier (Fixed in Blender 2.82+): The mask modifier on previous versions could cause issues in Lineworks. If you’re using this modifier.. create a duplicate object just for lineworks, or remove the mask modifier.
• Destructive Modifiers: Build, Decimate, or Remesh may hinder Lineworks’ functionality.
• Mesh Objects Only: Lineworks lines only work on mesh objects. Other object types, such as curves, NURBS, and metaballs, are incompatible. Mesh objects can be linked to other mesh objects or collections, and collections can be the same as mesh objects.
